Depending on arrow size podium archery also makes titanium collars. They fit a 300 spine RIP TKO. So look at OD shaft. I’ve used those and ironwill notice no difference between them.

 

I bought the Ethics HIT and Collar system for the last set I built and had zero issues. Fitment, spin test, and installation was a breeze.

I’ve used the iw collars and now I’m using the Easton collars. The #3 fits a 340 spine decently but the weights are sorta random, some are 15.2gr and others are 17.5ge while most are 16gr. It’s slightly cheaper to use the Easton but not by much. Made in Korea where the IW stuff is made in the US, not sure if that’s important to you ? Iron will collars are better fit and finished weight consistency.

 

I started using the Easton collar paired with a Hit insert they fit real good and seem pretty durable. I'm very pleased with the combination of the two.

 

Just started using collars for the first time on my latest arrows and ended up going with iron will because they were the closest to the OD of the shaft. They fit perfectly (0.01 wider than shaft if I remember correctly) and weights are within .5gr of advertised. I’d say go for whoever has the closest sizing and the weights you want.

 

I got the new Easton collars on a brand new dozen axis 300s I had built. I have not shot them yet at all but the collars fit fantastic and look really nice. Very very nice addition to an already great arrow. I think you will be pleased with them

 

I use the Gold tip collars on my Easton Axis, I have had good luck with them.

 

cheaper to do it the old school way with a piece of appropriately sized aluminum arrow fitted over the end of your carbon shaft (.003" clearance or so for glue)

 

Thanks for all of the replies. I think I may just stick with the IW stuff. Sounds like there is slightly more inconsistency with Easton though sounds like most are happy with them.
