Looking to buy a bow for my 9 year old son. I believe he can draw 25-30#. Should I consider keeping the brace height around 7" or above. He wants to be able to hunt with the bow. What bows to stay away from? I am liking the browning micro adrenaline because of the 10" draw lenght adjustment on the same cams.

Mission Menace
I just bought the Mission Menace for my 8 year old. Draw weights from about 15# to 52#. The draw length adjusts from 17" to 30". It has 70% let-off and the back wall is nice and solid. My son has it set at 20" and about 18lbs and it sure spits out an arrow.
I looked at the Browning to, but was totally impressed with the Menace. Take a look at it and I think you would agree.
