I have a hoyt vulcan and was wondering if anyone has put the z3 cams on it --- I would need to get a 5.5 cam to have a 28.5 draw length but i'm wondering about the strings --I looked on hoyts tune charts and there is a slight difference in the brace height and string lenght between the two bows
33.5 a2a on the katera and 335/16 on the vulcan ----- let me know hoyt guys and I appreciate the info in advance:wink::wink:

Did you gain any speed by doing this? Do you have any before and after speeds? Also, do you feel the z3's are smoother than the vectors on the vulcan?

I got the impression awhile back that the Katera was essentially a Vulcan with the Z3 cam. I'm wondering now what would happen if you put a Vector cam on a Katera?
