Will the Z7 cams interchange with the Z7 extreme, thanks in advance.

Xtreme cams are techinally not supposed to inter change. there is a little spur on the xtreme cams that make it different from the Z7 cams. If you ask Mathews they say no.

That little "spur" identifies the cam as a 2011 cam. A 2011 Z7 cam is the same as a 2011 extreme cam. Same for the 2011 magnum. A 2010 is not supposed to be Interchanged with a 2011

We had a 2011 Z7 come thru the door from Mathews with a ZX cam on it. So, if it works for Mathews, it works for me!
