Had some requests to do a review on the Crosman crossbow... pretty sweet for under $275.00... also great if you are looking for a back up!

Thanks for the great review. I thought you would like this one. If my longer recurve wasn't so similar, I might aready have one of these.
Honestly, I saw it in the Sportsmans Guide, looked at the specs and the price and thought it was just another discontinued bulk buy or low quality cheap blow out SG has from time to time!
But after I did the review on the PSE Fang and started getting the messages from viewers about the CenterPoint Sniper 370 and also that it was an Outdoor Life "Great Buy"... very seldom do you really find a great buy and get a lot more for your money these days!
Just like 5 years ago when I was scrambling for broadheads and ended up at Walmart of all places and tried the $12.95 a 3 pack CX Torrid SS heads for the first time... been using them ever since!

Nice review! Never heard of this one before your video. Packs a lot of punch at a low price!

Nice review Sam...This crossbow really caught our (CBW) attention at The ATA Show this year....For the price the bow is pretty nice....I've already recommended it to a couple of people that were on a tight budget..The reps that were at The ATA Show were really nice guys to....

It shows you what a xbow can be made for and how much markup is really on them.

Sam,

I've had several people ask me about this bow, and I have checked it out pretty close. Seems quite well made, especially considering the price. A lot of cast aluminum by the looks?

Can either Q, D, or J Nocks be used in it. I almost bought one a few months ago for less than $250 shipped to my door, just to see if I could recommend it to others. I don't need another crossbow though, but at that price how could a guy go wrong, even if you gave it away after playing with it for a few weeks? How does that ball type arrow hold down work? I haven't shot one yet. Real curious about the nocks? If it will shoot them, I may just order one. Thanks!

Very well done video. A great deal of time goes into your work and it shows. Thanks very much!

This is possibly an unmatched Xbow value right now. It's not US built and that definitely impacts it's price point. I've bought, assembled and shot two Snipers over the past 8 months and it's everything TFA say's it is. I put a new Sniper, a Xbow target, 6 SSAS spine matched BEEs and a set of six NAP SF mechanical broadheads together as a gift package and spent less than $450. I liked it so much I bought one as a backup and am having fun modifying it. RMP scope, 60X string, nice arrows and a FedDefense stock with adjustable comb. If I get ambitious I might try to improve the trigger creep.

V150 - I've been shooting arrows I use with my Storm. No issues at all with the Omni nocks. The rail, arrow retainer (ball bearing style) and low clearance for the trigger mechanism I'm sure will impact use of some nocks. TFA may have some feedback to offer.

Thank you Mike. After I did the Fang review the Sniper 370 kept coming up and viewers were asking if I tried it. I am glad I did and a friend of mine just bought one online today for $250.42 with free shipping!

Firenocks did not work, tried the Parker too. Moon nocks and I have a lot of Lumenok crescent nocks so I am ready!!!
The ball/spring hold down works fine and I shot arrows with wraps, straight and helical with no issues.

Hey all, new here from Virginia..Lots of great information. I've been hunting for 35 years and bow hunting for 25 years..I'm considering the Sniper 370 as my introduction to X-Bows..Those groups look really impressive..I'll be replacing the supplied bolts with something better. What weight arrow and head should I be looking at? A bolt model # would be great and 100 or 125 gr heads? Thanks
