I bought a pair of the 8.5's in Vegas and love them. Extremely clear.

not apex they are adventureridge (sp). just got them last night. got home and got them out & they are bright & clear as can be. i like them alot. + for 20 bucks i didnt think i could go worng..:wink:

Can I get the phone number and location of this store or are you pulling our legs?

 

I've heard Aldi carries them for that price. Aldi isn't exactly a little store and they are a huge electronics seller in Europe.

that is the store where i got them . and it is is a small food store here. they do have some other junk in there but this was the first time i have seen anything like this in there.....

 

This post is without merit.....unless I can get a pair of Alpens for $20. :tongue:

you don't know the phone number b/c ALDI doesn't publish one. They are like some weird cult but I believe I will be checking one out close to me this weekend just in case..........

 

A local here got a pair for the same price at Aldi.......it's the real deal.

Aldi in St. Peters, MO didn't have them but I'll be checking other stores to see if they do.

 

I checked at a store in Columbus, OH. Man that place is freak'n lame! No go on the binocs and hopefully no one I know seen me in the parking lot.

 

I've checked another one and they had no binoculars. I also think that these are not directly Alpen but are a little off-shoot brand after seeing a line of Adventuridge outdoor gear at Aldi. I don't know how much of a difference that will make in the end though.

 

they are in alpen box's & i think that the adventuridge is the modle??

 

All I know if I saw camp chairs and a tent with the exact same name and logo that is on the box on binoculars. I guess they are made by Alpen for this company? I'm still trying to find a pair around here so I'll let you all know if I do.
