Hey guys, Wondering if anyone hunts coyotes, foxs or any predators for that matter. I feel as though it would help me improve on hunting if I hunted in a treestand year round because foxs and coyotes are year round hunting hear in NH. Anyone hunt them from a treestand??

Thanks
-Mike

I am with you on this one. I do the exact same thing, but why? I can't see why exactly we do this now that I think about it. Hunting predators from a tree stand would have to give you the same advantage it would with whitetails. Food for thought I guess.

Never really focused on dogs with a bow I guess... If I'm on state land I was a 17hmr and on private land I use my stag ar15. My brother uses a 22lr and a 12gauge depending on the set up with #4buck. I call so if they stop far out I can shoot and if I call them right in my brother blasts them away. When I go out for dogs I like to have the advantage... a bow can help give them the edge and I just want numbers when I kill dogs.

I hunt tons of small game with a bow, there are lots of other large game as well... don't forget turkey... But dogs they deserve to be shot on sight. even if they are 300 yards out.
