So I have an approach on its way, but I just came across a few posts that mention abnormal cable wear due to the cam design. Is this something I should worry about, like a known defect, or more like edge cases? Anyone have positive experiences with the solo cam approach?

I found two areas on my Approach that were rubbing the string and cable. The cable ware was coming from a small bur on the module of the cam, some fine sandpaper fixed the problem. The second area was on my string where the draw stop contacts it. The metal edge of the stop was the only thing contacting the string a small shim behind the draw stop will move it over enough for the string to rest only on the rubber part of the stop or you can replace it with a lucky Stop.

I had this issue recently with my Legion single cam. Server was looking bad where the cam module hits. My local shop built the string/cable for me 6 months ago so I took it in and he reserved it for free.
