I placed an order last week for a 4x lens for my 1 3/8 inch Viper scope. I received the lens which was crystal clear and diffraction free but it measured 1 3/8 inch instead of what fit inside the scope. I called Brian this morning and told him what happened. He apologized for the minor error and said he would send a replacement lens out with the correct dimensions and he told me in his pleasant Mississippi drawl........ "YOU KEEP THE LENS" for my inconvenience and told me how to slowly grind down the edges so that I could use it for something else if needed. Are you kidding me? What business does that these days. Amazon, Target, Walmart,,,,,,HELL NO. At this point I hadn't even said anything, I was astonished! I promptly thanked him and his response was a simple apology for the error and off he went, like this is just the way its done here in Mississippi.

It has been said that when you get bad service you will tell 10 people but when you get good service you will only tell 2. I'm hoping that this gets out to all you thousands of archers out there who are looking for a quality lens at a great price backed not by a company but a man who stands behind his product and craft. That was truly not only a great outcome but fantastic customer service. Thanks Brian

Interesting.. does this man have a website address, possible email? Sounds like youre pleased with his service, and I'm wondering about a lense myself. Don't want a cheep one, if I get one I want to know its good quality. Never heard of him before now, how do I contact him?

I bought one of his custom scopes and lens combos at Cullman this year. So far I am really impressed with the scope and the lens.

Brian is a great guy ! The older I get the more I try to do business with good people like him. Had great experience with 60X and pro line strings on here to. I bought a set of strings from pro line and messed up one of the cables serving in my fall away cord. I called them and told them that I messed it up and needed to buy another cable. The guy sent me a new cable and would not let me pay him for it.

Heard of his lens before, but this thread nudged me into it. Called Brian this pm, talked awhile, and ordered his 1.5" scope with drilled lens, and another smaller drilled lens. Turns out he knows most of the guys I shot field with way back when. He even travels ASA with an old friend of mine. Don't know how I missed knowing or meeting Brian a long time ago.

He's the real deal, senior pro, polite and honest to a fault, and everything he makes is guaranteed that you'll like it.

So, OP, why not file down the lens like you were talking about, get everything fitting right then find a kid that shoots competitively and give it to them?

Just purchased from Brian

It is easy to get confused when setting up your scope and it just seems like you would have to make mistake after costly mistake to try everything out there before finding what works for you. Brian made it easy for me and told me if its not right he will fix it. If I order the wrong thing after trying it, he will replace it. Spoke to him for an hour and he gave me a great deal. For guys like me just getting started, I am happy I found Brian through this forum. Everyone has such nice things to say about him and his products.
