I was in the market for a few 3D targets for my yard recently, looking for good deals, and came across the Rinehart Target Outlet. It's mostly their BLEM targets, which I was ok with. I ordered three targets and got confirmation email and all looked good. They then emailed me my invoice and I noticed that one target I had ordered was wrong because I ordered the Signature foam model and the invoice said Woodland. I emailed back immediately and voiced my concern and they assured me it was a typo and they didn't have any Woodland targets anymore because they are discontinued.

Guess what showed up?

They got 1 out of 3 targets right. Of the other two one was the wrong foam and one was the wrong color. I contacted Customer Service again and they said they would send the correct ones and return labels for the wrong ones. I got those, and one was correct and one was still the wrong color.

In the end it is all resolved, but there seems to be some major disfunctions in the warehouse/shipping department.

I will say that Customer Service was very responsive and helpful through the whole thing, but it's still frustrating.

I ordered three blend last year they got it right but forgot the rebar on one. I contacted support and they immediately mailed out the missing rebar. Two weeks later I got another set of rebar.
This year I sighed my son and myself up for R100. Turned out he was in FL and I was on the operating table! I called and left a message asking about canceling but no one called back. I emailed and support pinged back and said I could give my seats to someone, but they do not offer a refund. I was good with that and two people from my club went and had a blast.
I agree with your statement that the wear house is hit or miss but support is spot on.

I

I just ordered 2 of the replacement inserts for the rhino block and 2 jimmy big time inserts for around 140 bucks shipped. Most places wanted 50-80 bucks per insert.

They are blems but can’t really see why, the deer inserts are slightly off color, the rhinoblock inserts are perfect. They never did send me tracking info but lucky they showed up.

Seems all 3D manufacturers had problems at one time or another with foam ingredients, then Covid, keeping or getting employees. For a while it was hard getting 3D targets and replacement centers.

Rinehart has treated our club just great. We went all Rinehart targets years ago, even had all Rinehart 50 target event where Rinehart supplied the big banner.

At the shop I worked for we had inssues with centers being extremely hard. I called, told John we had to stand come targets to pull arrows. John sent us, free, 15 new centers.
I think what it was, the centers came right out of the mold, still warm, and shipped during the winter. Something about them freezing had the foam change.

I have a couple Rinehart 3D targets and my issue has been them changing models and discontinuing the previous inserts. It doesn't matter a bit to me that they don't make the same body design, but a decent 3D is going to last a while if taken care of and having them just drop the entire gig is frustrating. I've gone the route of some clubs in purchasing two-part replacement foam to refresh the kill inserts, but have not seriously considered a Rinehart other than Rhinoblock or 18-1 for the future. I got a new whitetail 3D for Christmas and am trying the Big Shot brand over Rinehart because of what I have experienced. I'm also redoing the kill inserts on my pair of D-M 3D's, even though they are readily avialable.....just expensive for their duration.

Just make sure that your shipping invoice that they email you matches your order. If it doesn't match up or something looks off then call customer service right away and they'll take care of you.

Then it was my turn. The turkey and coyote stopped arrows great at 25 and 30 yards respectively. The boar target (thickest insert of the 3) I set up at 40 yards and to my surprise the first arrow was sticking several inches out the back. Then my second arrow was stick out the back a few inches. My third arrow also was just barely poking out the back. There must be an air bubble or something in that insert because there's no way that should be happening on a brand new insert.
Bow is a SR6 at 63 pounds, 29" draw, 450 grain standard diameter arrow. I also shot it with my 69 pound SR6 and 410 grain RIP XV and had the same result.
