I shoot the whitetail legend pro and it was great bow a lot for the money. I went with a resurgence/Alaskan “same bow” just because I didn’t care about the adjustable let off of the EKO cams and they were slightly too long for me. 26 inch draw but the EKO actually measure a little over 26 when set on 26. Still a thing Bear can’t get past apparently. I did also prefer the feel of the hybrid cams to the EKO. But if the draw length thing wasn’t a issue it would have been a much harder decision. It’s a fine bow. One of bears best In quite a while. I did spring for a single cam white tail legend also and it’s worth a look unless you want the dual EKO cams let off adjustment and speed.

View attachment 7546423 Finally had a free Saturday, so I went to my local shop and bought a new harp.

So nice and light, smooth draw, comfortable grip, compact without being too compact. And they had the solid olive color, so I'll be able to go with a Boba Fett theme.
Very nice bow!!

Do you know the speed at that draw lenght

The whitetail legend pro I shot was a 70 pound maxed but I did not weigh it so not sure if it was tuned up to max it was set on 26 draw but was drawing 26-1/2. With a 356 grain arrow and a whisker buiscuit we got an average of 273 FPS out of the chrono. The bow was a little out of time I suspect everything timed up it would be around 280 something but that’s a guess based on my resurgence at a true 26 inches with the same arrow and in tune at 70 pounds averaging 284. The whitetail legend is rated about the same. Also the whitetail was set on 85% let off so you will get more speed at lower let off settings like 75 or 80. Hope this is what you wanted to know.

Love the Alaskan. I think that’s the one I’m going with. I too picked up a Whitetail Legend solo cam and love it! Hunted with it all season love shooting it.

I may pick up a legend pro too lol. Good thing about these bows is you can buy 2-3 of them for the cost of 1 flagship

I also bought the Whitetail Legend last fall and hunted this season with it. Very smooth draw and solid back wall. Love shooting it! Now I just ordered the Alaskan today 😂 Can’t wait to shoot it!!!

It's funny to me when people say that the new Bear is not a flagship or the new Elite is not. Curious what is then.

The new Refine:
All machined aluminum components
Three track binary (Hoyt, elite, bowtech)
65-90 % letoff on one cam
Rotating mod with 1/4" DL adjustments (only manufacturer to do so other than elite)
33
6 3/8
342

And that is at $999. $200-300 less than others flagships
I shoot the bear kuma 30 one the first of bears "flagships" and it's an exceptional bow. Super fast, light, easy to tune, and stacks arrows touching more times than not. All my fancy mathews and hoyt buddies love shooting it because it's just a fun small little bow that performs right up there with anything considered an actual flag. Everyone always wants to shoot it and then they all talk about how surprised they are that it's an actual good bow with a 30 ATA. This post was years ago and still relevant today.
