What is the best pattern for mid sept hunt in the mountains?

Now in saying that I won't be decking out all in one pattern/brand. I am piecing my gear together with what I can find on sale or used but what should I be looking for?

Camofire has C4E in Mountain mimicry and Realtree Ap for instance, which one should I be getting?

I typically wear darker colors here in Ga. but seems like it might be too dark for west?

Thanks.

I find for September Predator really works well. but most anything will work. I also use what is on sale and use AP, predator, and desert shadow.

I like prairie ghost too. It works well out on the plains and in the Breaks. I also will use mossy oak brush too. I don't get too crazy with camo, anything to break up the solid pattern/sillouette/or what have you will work. Remember, your grandfather used to hunt in a flannel shirt and solid colored pants. Im sure he bagged plenty of animals.

You could wear a Santa suit and fine if ya don't move. Patterns are overrated...comfort and body temp management. That said I too prefer Sitka Gear for warm or moderate weather.

ASAT or Enigma is what I use. I also have some Kryptek Highlander.

I have used an old camo tex 3d leafy suit I got from cabelas about 15 years ago. I like that allot.
ALso last 3 years Ive been using the digital military surplus camo in any desert(ish) terrain where there is sage and browns and have real good success staying hidden in that.
For anything "west" of the cascades It will be green/brown AP realtree.
Central OR, anything with too much green is too dark. you cal pick off a guy easy wearing too dark of camo as they BLOB out.

This year will be ghille suits and the leafy camo suit.

Deer do not see in color so they say yet they do see into the UV spectrum better than humans by far, thats why they cam run at night and we cannot.

I take a hand held UV (black light) to all my camo, if if glows, it goes! Youd be surprised how many dye's have a UV glow to them. (black light also works great in finding cat, and or dog whiz spots on carpet and funiture as it will glow orange or yellow.
