Vortex Ranger 1800 is $350 and a great option but any of the vortex are top notch

 

I’d save my money up and go all in on a good range finder that’s something you don’t wanna go budget on there’s a ton of good ones that’s just a few hundred more than your max. Just my opinion though.

 

I’ve had the Ranger and I like the Sig Sauer Kilo better. Love the Sig, it’s been great

 

I’ve read a lot of good things about the kilo

Been using an el cheapo Simmons from Walmart the last 6 or 7 yrs. I mean seriously, it’s for bow hunting, not mile long shots lol

 

I really like my bushnell truth one. Had it for ever and it was around 200. Battery life is real good also

 

Vortex ranger 1300. Im not a big vortex fan but the 1300 is best rangefinder ive used. Best warranty on electronics there is too. Most companies only warranty electronics for 2 yrs. Lifetime with vortex.

I just went through this same predicament although my price range was a little lower. I ended up picking up a sig kilo 1600 on camofire for $230. My brother has one a really likes it and has mentioned more than once the battery life is crazy great.

Angle compensation and lighted reticle were a must and for the price it seemed right. It should arrive tomorrow and then I can give you my first impressions.

Check out amazon, plenty of good range finders for a lot less money that work great for bow hunters.. or spend a bunch of money....

 

I bought one of these when they were on sale for $179.99. This is still a great price!!! They normally go for around $379-$399. Its got angle compensation and a red readout.

Vortex Impact is under $300. I got one last year and I really like it. The vortex warranty is awesome too!
