Been shooting Maxima reds but wanting to try something new. Any of you guys shoot the Carnivore or Zombie Slayers? Any issues? I have heard a few people say the Carnivore break easily. I like that both are light weight. Are the Zombie Slayers tougher? I will be doing mostly bowhunting but some 3D. I will be shooting the 350's at 27" with fixed blades. Any advice will help. Thanks!

I chose the carnies for 3D last year and am pretty happy with them. They are not as durable as Gold Tips in my experience. Any glancing contact from another arrow risks the integrity of them. I run nock inserts and bounced an arrow off the insert causing the rear to split on three arrows. I simply don't shoot groups any more unless past 40 yards. They fly awesome and are pretty speedy out of my 60lb bow. I took the carnies over the slayers due to the weight difference only. I am going to PS23's this year for 3D so over all I am very happy with the BE arrows. BTW I took the split open arrows back to my dealer and BE warranted the entire dozen, no questions asked.

I’ve been shooting Zombie Slayers for more than 2 years now. Never had an issue with them whatsoever!:thumbs_up

Black eagles are light gpi for spine which makes them less durable. I accept this and use the carnivores for target application and zombies for hunting. The carnivores have been more durable than the zombies for me but I like the extra weight for hunting.

I shoot the Carnivores for hunting and 3D and my paper Bowhunter league. I shoot the the Magnums for local Vegas/FITA style tourney's... I love them!!!

I shot the 400 carnivores for years for 3d and hunting also, thought I wanted to go a little heaver for hunting. Got some 400 zombies. Don't no if it is in these old eyes ,but thought I was seeing a little funny stuff out of them at times, so I went to the zombie 350's and very satisfied with them. No issues with them braking ,unless I shoot for groups and hit the back ends. Very good arrows

I shot the Carnivores for a few years, even used them in Africa. They are a great shooting arrow, very accurate, but not nearly as durable as the Axis arrows I shot before, so my last batch of arrows I decided to go back with the Axis. I also wanted a heavier arrow. I would expect the Zombies to be just as accurate, but more durable. I liked the Carnies. I just busted through them hunting a lot faster than others I’ve shot.

I've been shooting BE carnivores for hunting and 3D. I've had great luck with them in both applications.
