dogs and turkeys can hear higher frequencies than we can. deer can see some uV. Can they see infrared in the wavelength on our cameras flashes? Has anyone seen any research about this one way or the other? Thoughts?
Ya, half to back you up on that one. Mine does it to (red glow), I've walked in front of it and seen it, and the deer do look at it a lot.all infared cameras glow red when they take a picture, they might see that out of the "corner" (280deg. vision) of their eye, and turn to investigate.
Just for curiousity, turn them around and see if there is a glow or light that you can see.I've watched deer with a night vision binoculars, and when it's too dark and you hit the infared so you can see they DO look at you, so I'm saying that they can see it.
