Need some real world feedback on digiscope options... I am looking into an adapter for my binoculars/spotting scope and was curious what everyone's thoughts were.. are these 100$ plus adapters worth the money .. pros, cons any lnfo is helpful as I have never had my hands on one...
I appreciate the help archers have a great day!

IMO they all kind of suck. I’ve looked at all of them, the idea of the magnetic one is cool but you need a big adapter fixed to the scope. Phone Skopes kind of suck IMO, I have one and seldom use it due to the crap case you have to use. I’m thinking of making my own with pvc and using my nice RokForm case that has a built in magnet. Then i would have a small phone skope type, not have to use a fixed adapter on the scope and could have a nice phone case for the other 99% of the year I’m not Digiscoping.
The phone skope is fine if your planning of Digiscoping that day and just switch cases, but if you have binos and a spotter in the truck all the time like me and just want a quick pic then I don’t like it, it’s a pain to take the phone in and out of it’s case and the phone scope cases really aren’t designed to stay on your phone all the time.

Would help if you could mention what brand your glass is. Some manufacturers make their own and integration is seamless Ex Swarovski
Yes, I concur with the poster about that adaptors suck BUT ONLY if they are Chinese , no name garbage
You'd get a better and more in-depth answer on a bird watching forum or an astronomy one..that's what they use for their hobby

I've used a few both for personal use and for work. I settled on the Outdoorsman's system, and have zero complaints. Sometimes it pays to keep it simple.

I thought the Magview sounded good at first, but then read about drawbacks. I hate to take my phone out of my Otterback once a year to change screen protector, so I’m sure not thrilled about the metal plate needed on phone case. Seems againt the grain with cordless charger pockets in today’s vehicles. And if I understand the magnet ring attaches to the bino eyepiece, 2 questions: 1) is it easy to scan without noticing the magnet ring from a feel perspective, and 2) if your binos are balanced on tripod, with something like the Outdoorsman’s stud/post, is the added weight of the magnet ring, cause that side of the binos to sag to that side(if so, not good)

Ollin is by far the best system I’ve used. The adaptor that goes on the spotting scope isn’t overly large and has a magnetic cap. I can still fit the neoprene cover that is part of the case the my Vortex Diamondback DB came with over it but there’s no need for both so I took the eyepiece cover off and run only the magnetic cap. The phone case is nice and slim so it fits in any pocket just the same as a regular phone case. The magnet only stick in specific directions so you don’t have any weird angles or difficulty getting it to line up perfectly. I used a couple others before this and would’ve never even considered the others had this been an option a few years ago
