The video is probably the most accurate review I’ve seen. It’s been a game changer for me, mainly because of getting older and fighting the “I can’t see or I see double pins “ sight picture. I use a reticle for indoor target because of that reason, so transitioning to this sight for hunting made it easier.

Most of the animals I hunt are well within a 50yd diameter. I also still use a rangefinder with the tick marks, like a pin sight, because of smaller game. If I do go on hunts that may require longer shots, well, I’ll deal with it then.

Did I think it was a gimmick? At first yes, but I like experimenting. Glad I did, because it has made bowhunting more fun and simpler for me.

Thanks for taking a leap, a few have returned them, less than 1% but 99 is strong odds you'll like it...money back if you don't , no lose!

Anyway I replied to your because we live in Montana. Shots get far on occasion...I use just the V, 20,30,40 ticks ground off for most hunting but then shoot beyond 50 "as pins" with a rangefinder at the ready, not shots I rush, ever...I find a pin blocks the entire chest at long range, I like the open V

I'm still very much intrigued by this sight. but I'm not sure I'm ready to pull the trigger. I've been using a pendulum for 25 years. There's never any guesswork. But it was a very good and informative video

I tried one and it does work, I just prefer a single pin better myself. For the last two years I have set my sight on 27 yards for hunting and never moved it once. Easy 0-30 shooting without thinking about it. I found with the EZV I was "accurate enough" for hunting but I wasn't pin point accurate like the single pin. Garrett did a great job on the video, would have been cool to see some longer shots in actual hunting scenarios with it, but he did a good job explaining the sight.

I believe this sight has alot of strengths for hunters, like a different style release or another new piece of equipment the more you practice and commit to it the better it will flow in your shooting process. Leaning on trying one very soon, that vid was the best yet on this sight thanks for sharing!

Watched the review very good especially for guys on the fence about the EZV. Here out west the EZV has been a little slow at catching on with hunters but starting to pick up. I'm starting to get a lot of
questions about mine in the woods and at my local indoor range. Used to be what is it to now, that thing really looks impressive to already ordered one or getting one.

It’s not a precision shooting site. It’s made to
Put the arrow in the kill zone. I like to
Compare it to a sniper VS the guy kicking in the door and fighting in close quarters

Not to threadjack but I just heard back from Aaron about the V insert width. I asked him if I could remove some material from the "V" to make it slimmer and he said you can without issue, and he also said he's working on new inserts that have a much slimmer profile and will be sold separately.

LOL guys,

Always trying to make it better...this all started as an "accident", to solve my issues only, then built another an another, and here we are...still learning, still eVolVing and always open for suggestions. The original insert was of course a 3D print which at that time couldn't be thinner and we absolutely went for durability...still have never seen a broken one unlike hundreds of thousands of fiber optics and electronics gone south. Now with thousands of feedbacks we're ready to build new molds, a refined version...stay tuned!!

Good video. I've posted about my EZV sight before on AT. I really like it. It works just like advertised. I like it for the open sight picture. Eye sight is not the best. Was having trouble with blurry pins or blurry deer. With this sight I am able to focus on deer and still see the V and tick marks. I hunt Florida swamps so never have a shot over 30 yards so I use the tick marks. Release the arrow and watch it all the way to the lungs. Looking forward to the thinner inserts.

Any idea when the thinner inserts will be available? Watched every vid i could find and this sight makes a lot of sense to me ( especially in the woods) so Im gonna give it a go but I believe the thinner inserts would be better for me.

^^... I agree... really thinkin about tryin this but thinner inserts would prolly... for me... make me willing to spend the cash .....

Diy has some good videos. So I think you put about what 24" of fur in the V and you're good simple as that.
Is calculating 24" of fur easier than just guessing the yardage?
I'm assuming it's easier to find the 24" of fur than guessing yardsge. it's always the same all you have to do is put 24" Of fur in the v every shot no matter what .always the same but.....
what if there's a tree in the way does that screw you up? Does it matter if the animals broadside in the open or quartering away and there's a tree cover and 1/2 the vitals up anybody have experience with this?
I'm thinking about getting one.

Okay... I am a little annoyed.

I decided I was going to give one of these sights a try. I go through the check out process and come to this:

PayPal surcharge??? That really bugged the crap out of me!!! It also violates PayPal’s policy (see below)... I closed the page and never submitted my order.

“Receiving personal payments

If you use your PayPal account to receive payments for the sale of goods or services or accept donations, you must:
Pay any applicable fees for receiving the funds.
Not ask your buyer to send you money using the “send money to a friend or family member.” If you do so, PayPal may remove your PayPal account’s ability to accept payments from friends or family members.
By integrating into your online checkout/platform any functionality intended to enable a payer without a PayPal account to send a payment to your PayPal account, you agree to all further terms of use of that functionality which PayPal will make available to you on any page on the PayPal or Braintree website (including any page for developers and our Legal Agreements page) or online platform. Such further terms include the PayPal Local Payment Methods Agreement.

No surcharges

You agree that you will not impose a surcharge or any other fee for accepting PayPal as a payment method. You may charge a handling fee in connection with the sale of goods or services as long as the handling fee does not operate as a surcharge and is not higher than the handling fee you charge for non-PayPal transactions.”

Sorry gang

Mom and Pop biz trying to keep them US built ...every penny counts to float

Guess we never read the fine print, most of our direct customers use PayPal and never blink, it's their convenience...

We'll eliminate the option, can't cover it and stay alive...you would not believe what it takes to do this
