I have most of that gear. In the tops you will be XL for sure. I am 5’11-6foot and between 200-205 and the XL are just right, maybe the littlest bit long in the arm but I am fairly broad and they fit great in the chest/shoulder. If I drop down to the L they are just too tight in the arms to layer much under them.
In the pants you will be right on the bubble of L/XL. I have all the pants you listed and have had to buy and try and send back what doesn’t fit. The obsidian I am a L, same as in the guide pant. The soft shells Pants I choose XL because it gave me room to layer under them.
The only difference is in the Sanctuary series. They are sized a bit differently, but bought them last year and they might have changed the sizing a bit this year. In the Sanctuary the bibs run small. I went XXL and glad I did. The jacket is a L and that is big enough for me, even layered.
Wish I could give you exact sizing but that is as close as I can list.

All I can help with is the Sanctuary jacket. I’m 6’3” 175 lbs. tall and skinny. Bought the cost in a large and I swim in it. Only reason I didn’t go with medium was for a bit extra sleeve length. Despite it being big in the body it is fully functional and doesn’t get in the way while shooting my bow.

You need to go to the first Lite sizing chart and take measurements. Also watch the bean outdoors YouTube videos on features and sizing. People of certain height and weight can vary so much in size based on fat vs muscle mass. I was glad I watched the bean outdoors video on the sanctuary bibs because most everything I wear in FL is medium. It the sanctuary bibs are made tight in the torso which he points out so that is the only piece I have in large and they are perfect. The red desert boxers had lots of reviews for being loose so I ordered in small. Bought the liner gloves in medium and they were perfect, bought the talus glove in large cause that's all that was available and they are very tight and I hope they loosen up with wear. If you buy through a dealer or Call FL direct they are great at helping figure out sizing. Don't upsize for layers as that is already figured in.
