Just installed my hand crank, very well built and easy to install. have not shoot it yet, but should not be hard to crank at all. cranked it a few turns then let it down. amazon has them for 97.00 bucks.

Great price, but more interested in cocking the bow by hand and not with a Crank.

I just picked up a Furious 370 FRT. My first experience with a crossbow. I was wondering the same thing. I'm 65 and in fairly decent shape. I drew back a lot easier than I expected.

 

I bought a KI Ripper 415. Only shot 2 bolts out of it but it was not as hard as I feared. I have a bum shoulder which is why I purchased one.

 

Shot about 25 bolts out of it last weekend. As previously stated I have a bad shoulder. Was not as bad drawing as I had thought. To be honest though I'm 60 but still a fairly big strong guy. I'm also 6'3" I think a longer frame helps. If you are short might be an issue.
