Leupold Cascades / customer service

When I experience awesome customer service I have to share it. This year during deer gun season, the eye cup broke off my 13 yr old 10x42 Cascades. I loved those binoculars. I bought them for my trip to Alaska and have had them in the woods with me ever since. I called Leupold and they reminded me that they had a lifetime warranty and that I should send them back. They would repair them or replace them. I shipped them back and 5 days after Leupold received them they shipped me a brand new BX-4 Pro Guide 10x42 binocular. I could ask for better products and I sure as hell couldn't ask for better service and support. Thanks Leupold!

I wrote about my experience on here a while back

My Cascades were 12 ish years old, cat knocked them off the cat tree, one lense came loose(double vision), I called them, then sent them in with a note to disregard the tire tread marks, as I had driven over them about 6 years back and they had been working great after that. They sent me a pair of Mojaves

I remember when I was young my Dad slipped, landed on a rock, and broke the Leupold scope he had on his rifle. He contacted them and sent it in for repair. They sent him a new one even though it wasn't their issue.

A few years ago I screwed the threads up on a scope cap and they sent me a new one no questions asked.

Always have and will continue to buy their products because of the great customer service and quality.
