I ordered one on Monday and received it today. I love the concept but now fear the sound it might make when cold. Was easy to set up and very comfortable. I cut a foam yoga pad to put on the seat for insulation as I am very familiar with the way heat dissipates through a hammock. Can't imagine that the material is waterproof. That would result in the user sitting in a puddle. Guess I'll find out.

I ordered yesterday and I got an email from them today with tracking and that it went out yesterday.
Hmmmmm I haven’t gotten anything. Maybe I better call.

EDIT: I just received the confirmation email and tracking info.

I've got a hammock seat a couple of years ago and put it away with all the show equipment. When I just watched the video, I finally remembered I had it and have a great spot to put it.
Can't wait to get it out today.

I got mind on Saturday. Very fast shipping. It will be the first thing I try out of this and the Millennium tree seat and Millennium chair. The compactness and weight alone makes me just want to use it over the others. Kind of wish I saw this first before I bought the other things. Lol.

Mine got a bit lost but will be here tomorrow. It made it to our WV dist. center which is an hour and 45 minutes away but instead of coming to me it went 400 miles East to Norfolk. [emoji2373]

Got mine the other day. I thought it seemed noisy but then when I set it up and sat in it it's actually pretty quiet. May be a little bit of a learning curve getting it set properly though as it took some readjusting to get it comfortable for me.

Got mine today. Only got to play around with it for a few minutes but it was comfy when I got it adjusted right. A tad “squeaky” but otherwise not too noisy.

As someone said, it may not be the best choice for a rainy day but I can see myself using it a good bit. Especially during the firearms seasons.

I do have one minor concern and that’s with the fairly small plastic buckle. I hope it holds up after time.

no chance........I have the original..........paid just shy of 30 bucks..........an extra leg doesn't warrant the cost for me
You aren't wrong

I get that manufacturing/shipping costs have gone up but nobody got a 40% increase.

Not being made in USA and being over $50 plus high shipping charges for a slightly better mouse trap isn't moving the needle for me.

Im thinking I may put my own strap thru it with a friction buckle to make it easier and more secure.

Just got my Low Down tree seat from Fanatic Outdoors. The makers of the Hammock seat. I have a hammock seat which was good, you could set up easily and for the most part be pretty comfortable. But it was just missing something. The Low Down seat is a game changer for me. Last night I walked a good bit on some new ground. I had the Low Down clipped to my belt buckle. I walked (scouting mostly) about 2 miles and found a place I wanted to sit out the rest of the afternoon. I put a bow hanger in the tree, took the seat out of the pouch, hung it and was ready to hunt. I was hunting over about 4 White Oaks in a pine forest. I didn't see anything, but I practiced pulling my bow from the sitting position and it was fine. Seat is quiet and you can still get some movement around the tree with out standing. I'm impressed and will hunt a good bit out of this seat. I will incorporate it with my ghost blind too.

you work for them? Pro staff?

My thoughts exactly. $50 would be about my threshold for that. I'm sure it's comfortable but I have a $10 stool that works just fine.
