Need to come up with 10 targets need help!

As anyone ever shot into that foam insulation board that is 2” thick? I would like to make a small archery course and need to come up with about ten targets. Do you think if I cut the insulation board and place 2 pieces together they would stop arrows? Our does one have a better idea……….
