SKB makes arrow holders that you can spray adhesive right in.
Works great.
I finally got my case in. Really solid case and excited to use it. I have no concerns taking this on a plane, which I'll likely do in the next few weeks. . . But just heads up, Doesnt look like SKB makes those arrow holders anymore. Here is only alternative I found. Arrow holder
You Could cut these in half long ways in the middle and glue the cut side to case. Maybe even sandwich 2 together for a little stiffer support. For now I'm going to try just using the foam that comes with the case, and cutting a slit in the foam for each arrow with a box cutout for the fletchings and see how well it holds the arrows during travel. If that doesnt work I'll try these foam holders off Ebay.

I'll post some pics and updates once I make the cuts. trying to figure out best configuration while leaving quiver attached. Not going to lie slightly nervous to make that first cut

Would love to see that arrow setup when you get it done. Good luck with those first cuts, just gotta go for it! [emoji2]

What the heck. I emailed SKB.

Those things are perfect. perfect size and shape and easy to glue in.

Nice work!
I picked up a 730 a few weeks ago. harbor freight hot knife makes quick work. I like your quiver cutout and will do the same at some point. Plan on getting extra foam for the rifles too. From my experience, get an 800 if you can find one. I wanted the extra room. Hard to find in stock right now. These cases are a bargain. I paid less than an SKB i got 10+ years ago for a previous bow.

Hot knife is an amazing idea for this! I've been doing the same as the OP for all mine with a havalon. Works well but going to try this.

I see you cut through the first layer of foam, but did you cut the second as well?? I cut the first layer and the limbs and sight are still kinda sticking out. Thinking I prolly need to cut the second layer too for at least the limbs. If you could share a picture of how you cut the second layer that would be awesome!
