Just bring a desire to learn (which it sounds like you already have). The real learning and rewards occur when you get your first group of kids, show them, they overcome some initial awkwardness, and then they don't want to stop.

I believe they are transitioning to an updated NAA Level I system, sort of a BEST-lite. I've heard some criticism that they are trying to include too much stuff on equipment terminology etc. rather than the how-to-shoot/teach-someone-to-shoot, which is more to the point. But we all need to learn more than they can teach in a short course.
