Ozonics in a tub vs Scent Crusher Bag

I have an Ozonics HR200 and a sweet (and huge) London Bridge Trading load out bag.
Anyone used the Ozonics inside a tub or bag vs having the Scent Crusher bag?
I was thinking of making some kind of tubing system for my Ozonics unit (to route the ozone better) and running that in my LBT bag vs buying the Scent Crusher.
I like the concept of the Scent Crusher bag but was wondering if I need it given I have the Ozonics already.
Thoughts?

I bought a commercial ozone generator and a portable closet and built an ozone closet.. Had the best season ever last year.. not sure if it all goes to this idea, but still best year... under $100.00 too..

I just got a scent crusher bag yesterday. I used the actual ozone producer in my bedroom and stinky mancave. It worked awesome.

But anyway, your ozonics would probably work but I'd probably buy this

Then drill and caulk/grommit a hole in a tub and use it the exact way that scent crusher sells their tote for. It looks to be the exact same product as the scent crusher unit BUT it does not come with a truck power adapter. For $70 you can leave your ozonics alone and have another ozone system.

I still like my bag purchase as I think it will be more portable for me and it comes with that power adapter.
But like the previous poster said. You can probably find some kind of sealable closet and use the ozonics in there. I'd just be a little worried that the ozonics would put out more ozone than these other units. I'm not familiar with there output, but that would be a concern where you would have to adjust your ozone washing time.

A couple times last year I just threw the ozonics in the bag and turned it on for like 1/2 hour. It seemed to work, however the ozone didn't circulate well in the bag, and some of the items near the bottom didn't seem to get the ozone treatment.
My buddy got the Scent Crusher roller bag and I looked at is the other night and the build quality of the bag seemed nice, but the LBT load out bag I have is a much better bag.
That's why I was thinking of creating an internal piping system for my bag to help move the ozone
However, the link from Amazon seems like it could be nice option as well.

I wanted a setup for extended stays at the deer shack...can't wash clothes there, so was thinking this was good way to 'de-funk' them.
However the point about ozone being harmful to rubber, elastic, some plastics etc I think is a valid one.
I know they use ozone in cars to get odors out of them before they sell them, and I know detail shops use them too, but this would happen what, maybe once or twice a year if you were detailing your car using ozone?
But if you were putting your hunting clothes in there like everyday, or even a few times a week, could this cause issues with them? Good question I don't know the answer.

You guys are nuts. figure out how run a ozone IV...cause clean clothing means next to nothing. Oils on your skin, breathing, dead skin cells are constantly falling off you whether you know it or not. do yourself a favor, stop buying into this garbage and take your kids out to dinner a few dozen times to a nice place.

ozone does work to get rid of the odor in clothes, but you are correct in that our bodies give off it's own nasty funky-ness all the time (whether we can smell it or not...the deer can)
One reason I wanted to de-funk my stuff was for my own nose...a few days at deer camp and the under armor cold gear base layers and socks and even hats can get gross.

For my cabin, I bought a large hanging plastic zippered closet. Probably 5' tall and about 30" wide. I'd hand all my hunting stuff in there and put my little Ozone generator inside and let it run for a few hours. Worked great. When not it used, it just collapses and slides under the bed. I'd use it out doors, or indoors if it was nice out and I had the doors and windows open.

Ozone CAN do damage to elastic/rubber items. I experienced this last year when I was using the scent crusher bag for my Sitka Stratus bibs and my Muddy safety harness. The elastic shoulder straps on my bibs basically deteriorated and got all stretched out and the same thing happened on the elastic binocular straps on my Muddy safety harness. I ended up cutting off the straps on my safety harness and luckily Sitka's customer service was excellent and replaced the shoulder straps for me. Sitka's website even had a write up about ozone and the fact that they were fixing their gear for now but urged buyers not to use ozone on elastic/rubber items. I do believe that ozone works (also used the machines in automotive detail for many years) but you need to be careful about which items you ozone wash and how long the wash is. My 2 cents.
