Does the cuffs/wrists and waist of the jacket have super elastic in them? I just sold my cotton jacket because of this reason.Looking for a good early season predator jacket..

My warp knit jacket does not have the terrible cuffs like the cotton jacket. I too gave up on my cotton jacket because of the cuffs.
