I have a student who is increasing limb weight, and trying to decide what's the best option in lower cost limbs. Anyone have experience with the Galaxy (Bronze, Silver) and WNS Explore lower cost limbs? Do you prefer the wood or foam or bamboo core on these entry level limbs? Galaxy vs WNS?

Galaxy limbs are an excellent limb for the dollar value. They are manufactured by win and win.

WNS limbs are good also but tend to stack a whole lot more.

Foam core are very soft shooting but often many experienced young and proficient archers will like maple or bamboo due to feed back the limbs provide.

Galaxy Silver all the way. To be honest, I bought a set of Gold limbs and I can't tell the difference in them and top end limbs from a couple of other manufacturers.

I've been shooting the WNS Delta C3 limbs for a few months now as an upgrade from Fleetwood Ace limbs, which I believe are white labels of the Sanlida X9 limbs. I know alot of people gripe on the stack up of the foam cores, but I don't personally observe much difference in this regard between my C3's and maple limbs with a 31 inch draw on a 68" bow.
