I have searched here and at PSE site and have had no luck, does anyone have info on this bow?

I thought it would make a good fishing bow, plus it was a great deal at a yard sale.

I know nothing about older bows, so I am wondering about changing DL and how many turns for changing DW, etc. Thanks, for any help someone might be able to give. :)

Slotted cams/wheels on the bow? If so and there are 5 slots, then I believe you can change the draw 1/2" per each slot (assuming you move both top and bottom to the same slots each time, you don't have to do this, 1/4" adjustment if you only move one cam/wheel, but then you have to re-tune the nock point, don't have to re-tune the nock point if you keep the slots sync'd top and bottom). If only 3 slots in the cam/wheel then I believe each slot adjusts the draw in 1" increments. Thinking that bow may have had the Vector cams on it?

As far as draw weight, most of the PSE's I dealt with usually adjusted around 3# to 4# per turn on the limb bolts.

If you go out to the PSE website and look through there on-line old catalogs you may find the Phaser II. For some reason, thinking that was around a mid-90's model bow, like '94 or '95.
