I was at a shop this morning and shot the Lift X, AX2, Title 34, the new Prime with the carbon rods in the riser (ugly looking to me) and finally the Proven 34. I was super impressed with the draw cycle. I'm 60 so i usually shoot around 63lbs for hunting. I was pulling 68lbs with ease. I have a Lift 33 that I really love, but I'm definitely getting a Proven 34. Does Bowtech have a 2 piece quiver? All i see on their site is 1 piece

Bowtech and TightSpot are under the same umbrella company. All Bowtech quivers are just rebranded TightSpots.

I also shot the Proven 34 today. The bow has a very nice balance of speed and comfort. My only complaint would be the shelf. I wish the shelf was a little larger. Shot everything else this year and wasn't thinking the new Bowtech. Dealer was offering me left over Hoyt RX8 Ultra close to the same price as the Proven. Ordered the Proven.

Went out to the shop and shot both the proven 34 long draw cam and the standard. After shooting both there is a difference in the feel of the draw which there should be. Both were set in the comfort at 29 inch 70lbs. The long draw shot a 370 grn arrow at 293. the standard at 298. both did not feel like a 34ata and shot very well with little to no vibration. Both were very quite. The draw imo was the big difference. The ld was smooth and easy with a solid back wall with little to no bump. didn't feel like 70. The sd was hard drawing but the same after that. Which it should be,,,, hence the added speed. I would pick the ld but I'm 69 . I have 2 Revolt X's set at the same spec's. They shoot at 308. I don't feel there is enough of or any difference to ditch them for the proven other then the bells and whistles. All in All VERY nice bows and would up date if I didn't have the X's. >>>----->

I shot the proven 34 couple days ago and was sold on it, 29 70 felt like I was pulling 60 pds. The smoothest bow I’ve ever shot in 25 years of bow hunting and I was a Mathews man I pulled the lift the Hoyt bows I hated them draw cycles sucked only other bow I would have bought was the darton sequel 33 st2 its was really nice till I grabbed the proven 34

Same thing happened for me. Shot the proven 34 vs a PSE evolve 33, Matthews lift X and a Hoyt Alpha 32. The proven was hands down my favorite and I bought it on the spot. Like you said 70lbs feels like 60. My only slight complain is it’s not a speed demon on comfort with the LD cam. I’m getting 276 fps at 30” 70lb and a 445 grain arrow. Might try to take some let off out to get into the 280’s.

Hello guys,
Since this seems to be the Proven 34 thread I just wanted to ask - On this bow's mods, are there slots so that you can vary the letoff by tiny amounts? (That's how it works on my Reckoning G2) Or does the mod only rotate in discrete increments? Somebody mentioned a pin, so I figure maybe the latter? Well, even if I remove the pin, are there still slots on the mod, or only round holes for the screws to go thru?
Another question: For the same draw length (29"), will the long draw version be more stable due to larger brace height?

There are no slots for the pin. If you want to mess with the let off you have to put the pin in the adjacent hole, 28.5" hole when the draw is set to 29" for example.

However if you punch the pin out the bolts that hold the mods in ride in slots. When I'm playing with the mods on my Revolt I move the bolts around so that they're up against the end of a slot so that I can get each mod in the same position.

Picked mine up today, I like it.
Got the standard draw cams, and yea I can see why people like the long draw cams better she's stout to pull, and hits a cliff into the valley.

Holds great though, is balanced great, my Revolt the top always wanted to tip back, the Proven just sits steady.

Also went with the Bowtech black gold centermass 5 pin blah blah blah sight.

Yea it mounts goofy, but I don't notice when aiming it at all.

Cranked the lbage down 10 turns down to about 56lbs to shoot indoor league with, will probably try and get it paper tuned tomorrow and start shooting some indoor targets with it.

Did you try it in comfort?

Hey I'm glad you mentioned it, I think mathews is less as well.

Bowtech in the owners manual just says not to back the limb bolts beyond the pocket lock down screw, which is about halfway through the toggle the bolt runs through.

And I still have threads going through that all the way, so I'm hopefully still good, been shooting my revolt that way for league for a couple years now.

I have the long draw and it’s so smooth I don’t think it feels 70 more like 60, I didn’t care for the center mass sight just got a regular one. It holds really well took me 10 minutes to dial in at 20
