Leaning towards the new Enclosed Bino Pack from Marsupial but is the subtle difference worth the $35.00 in price compared to their standard pack.

I have the standard and my best friend runs the enclosed. We both hunted the other day and it was a pretty decent rain. Neither of use had issues with our binos getting wet. The property we hunt is predominantly red clay so when it's dry, it's insanely dusty. Again, neither of us have issues with our binos getting dusty. We both have the same binos (Vortex Razor HD 10x42) so we both run the small harness. His enclosed is only 2oz heavier than my standard (14oz vs 12oz) so I don't see that as much of a factor either.

In my opinion, no, it's not worth the extra $35. You can take that extra $35 and put it towards the rangefinder pouch ($36).

I opted for the Kuiu bino Pak with the rangefinder side Pak.

I couldn’t be any happier. Quick cover / uncover. Rangefinder Pak just as fast.

I do think the cover is great for rain, fog cover and dusty conditions. Both my binos and rangefinder stay perfectly clear and free from dirt or wetness.

I was not pleased with Marsupial being too loose and sloppy fitting. I opted to spend the extra money and get what I feel is a high all around quality kit. From material to straps to function. Kuiu imho has it all over Marsupial.
