Pretty quiet on here lately, everyone must be out hunting. Couple weeks left of archery season here, I’ll be out after elk most of next week. Most of my deer hunting will be with a bow during rifle season in November.

Heading home from my Colorado trip. Awesome time as always. As a group we had one miss, several close encounters and one big 6x7 put on the ground.
Two days ago I had a mega 6x6 coming in and I just plain rushed things and made a non fatal hit. The bull will 100% live. Lesson learned the hard way…
