Trophy Ridge Products: cheap, but are they reliable?

I just bought a new bow and I'm looking to upgrade my setup. I was looking at the Trophy Ridge Hotwire sight and Hitman front/rear stabilizers. I'm on a pretty tight budget so I like the price of these products compared to some, but I'm also looking to get several years out of this setup. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with these items or if there is a comparable priced company out there with better quality gear?

Can’t speak to the sight but I have used their stabilizers on my bows with no problem whatsoever. All stabilizers are pretty much the same frankly at a given length.

I have used trophy ridge and can say they hold up well and work good. Still use a hitman stab, and had a fix 5 sight but upgraded to a single pin. No problems whatsoever stab or sight

EDIT: One thing just crossed my head that I forgot to say, When I got my Elite bow it came with a Trophy ridge drop away rest and the fork broke on probably the 20th shot. Dont know if it was a set up error or not but I went ahead and upgraded to a QAD drop away

I am using a 12" front and 8" rear. I bought the Hitman stabilizers individually and a Shrewd attachment for the rear stabilizer. I have used a React 5 and a React 4 and a Volt sight all have been good. TR has bright pins. I am using a Light One quiver and it has been okay. I have used a number of whisker biscuits rest. All in all decent to good stuff with a few duds. They carry parts for a lot of their stuff and I give high marks to any company that cares enough to offer replacement parts, quiver attachments, rest replacements etc. I have ordered parts directly from them before and gotten good service. My stuff gets used nearly everyday shooting. I don't hunt a lot anymore but when I do they get used. I am not hard on stuff though and take care of things.

I was thinking about the 10"/8" front/rear stabilizer setup they offer as a package deal, just to get everything at once. This would be my first time setting up a rear stab so I was looking for opinions about the length and weight ratios.

Currently running a TR React H4 on my Mathews Tactic, and a TR Fix 5 on my Hoyt RX3. Both are good sights. Personally prefer the micro-adjust individual pins on the Fix. Another option to look at for sights is CBE. The Tactic Hybrid is a good, inexpensive, single pin slider, and the Tactic Micro is a good 5 pin sight with micro-adjust elevation and windage.

My daughter runs the Hitman stab on her Bowtech Guardian, but I personally prefer the WickSticks stabs. High quality and options for a great price. A 6" stab runs $45 and you get to choose weight colors, wraps, and logo color. The also make quick disconnects and side-bar mounts. And they offer front/rear stab kits. https://wickstickstabilizers.com/

You should be fine with the Trophy Ridge products. For something as simple and practical as a stabilizer, you may find good deals on higher end products in the classified section. Same for Sights. Good luck and let us know what you end up with.

I had a Trophy Ridge Cypher on my bow years ago that broke where the bracket holds the scope. It was all composite and didn't hold up in my pack at that small connection. I have a Volt on my current bow,all aluminum with a composite scope. I don't need 3rd axis and they have a lot of sights without that adjustment. Good customer service too.

I have been using the 10/8 hitman kit the last year with no issues and it has worked great for me. I also had a react alpha sight and it was great I just sold it b/c I switched to a different style sight. But quality and build were not an issue. I say go for it if it fits your budget. This is nota great pic but i was able to use the TR bracket and mount my sidebar using the lower mounting spot

Decent stuff
Pretty sure it's all made in china
That's a deal breaker for me when there are so many equal or better USA made choices

I have had the same TR stabilizer and drive slider sight on one of my bows for at least five years. I shoot a WB rest on all my bows: Mathews, Hoyt and PSE and haven't hard a problem. I think there stuff gets a bad rap. TR makes entry level, mid level and high end stuff. There mid level and hit end stuff is good.
