I hope everyone involved will do fine.Building compound bows with everything from patents,machinery etc is not easy beside the main big players in the market.

 

New Kevin Strothers bow company - Truth Archery

 

They should take all three or 4 of them companies and make a run with one

 

He designs for Obsession and Martin. Designs and part owner of Truth. The bows look pretty good not gonna lie.

 

I’m sure this will go smoothly. The company will last the duration, bows will meet speed, and perspective buyers will get their orders filled promptly and without shananigans.

 

As much as I don’t want to admit it. KS has made some of my favorite bows I have owned. He knows his stuff when it comes to designing a great shooting bow.

 

KS has advanced archery for decades, just historically hasn’t run a good business. Maybe this is the time it works.

 

Let's set the "TRUTH" straight..... Truth archery has ZERO affiliation with Martin or Obsession. It is a new bow line Kevin has started with Brian "Pigman", and another business partner. Pigman is the primary investor/owner. Kevin was/is being paid by Martin and Obsession to design SOME of their bow lines. He did the work on the new Firecat. The XR6, XR7, and the two BONE bows are designed by Dennis Lewis. The other new OB's were done by Kevin. Kevin owns the patent on the "K-Set" system. He licensed it to Martin/OB. Then turns around and put it on his new bow. That seems wrong to me.. I personally called the Martin office when I saw the new line from Kevin. They had just learned about it, and could not comment on the matter......... Look for another post from me on the whole deal..... I know a lot of industry insiders, and have been reaching out for insight on the new line. Let's play some insider baseball...

As I understand and he stated on his social media:

- Martin/Obsession paid Kevin Strother to design the Firecat and 2 OB bows... On those bows, he licensed Martin/OB to produce bows with his tuning system. Once those bows were designed, his part was done and he returned to his regular job.

- He is a minority owner of Truth Archery
