I’ve been using a ten point crossbow for 8 years now. I’ve taken several deer with It. I just purchased a second TenPoint GT turbo at Midway USA on sale. Both bows shoot similar and my arrows (Bolts) chronographed at 324fps - 326 FPS. At 60 yds I hit a pie plate all day long with either Xbow. TenPoint’s customer service is very good. For the money you can’t beat it. Good luck.

Tenpoint/Wicked Ride crossbows are great! I haven’t tried any of their expensive top of the line stuff. Years ago I picked up a Tenpoint Titan SS and if my shoulder is bothering me too much to use my compound, then I’ll hunt with the crossbow with confidence! My wife and I picked up a Wicked Ridge Rampage 360 last season for my dad and it’s an impressive bow at a goood price! If I were to look at any other brand I would look at Excalibur.

It's fast, light, has a great scope and cranks or crank assist. Invader 400

As mentioned at the top find a ten point turbo gt, they are marked down and a super xbow, I've had mine since 2017 its what I refer to as ol reliable, I've had 6 other ten point xbows over the years and I have a viper 400 also, but I'm pretty much done with speed bows anything much over 400fps is just overkill imo, hard on targets and string and cables etc like I say just my opinion, the newest ten points have improved string and cable life, but they still fall way short of the turbo gt as far as life span, it's shooting a 425gr arrow at 335fps which is faster than any of my compound bows, there's alot of good xbows to choose from but ultimately it's your choice, if you want a crank to cock it vs a rope, I prefer the crank myself but I can and still cock the turbo gt with a pull rope, the crank is there when I want to use it, just another option, the faster an Xbow shoots the more they cost.

Every bow offered on the market will need something fixed or adjusted during the time you own it. The best bow is the one that can offer dependability with the least amount of maintenance. Being able to preform the required maintenance yourself is a huge savings( mailing these things back and forth to the mfg is costly, and bow shops are not cheap either) Speed is often the deciding factor in the purchase of the perfect bow. You will never stop paying for speed. Broken Limbs, strings, worn servings, special arrow set ups and the list goes on and on. Excalibur still makes one of the best designed bows on the market. It has enough speed to get the job done with as little maintenance as possible. They will shoot just about any arrow you feed it with great accuracy.
