Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with either the Kinetic Vygo or the WNS Vantage AX risers?
I am in the process of buying my own gear after borrowing from my club for a year now, and I am uncertain if which riser I should go for. Both are within my budget, so the price is not the most important factor. I mainly shoot barebow at the moment, and are happy with that shooting style, but I am not 100% set on barebow, I might try recurve later. I am aware that the Kinetic Vygo has included weights, so I will of course buy weigts with the WNS Vantage AX.

What I am wondering, is the upgrade from Kinetic Vygo to the WNS Vantage AX worth it?

I have the Kinetic Vygo and I'm very happy with it. It's a barebow design and I get no noise shooting 3 under. It also tuned faster then any bow I've tried before and I've been shooting since 69.

The weights are nice. I use only one set of the large weights and I have a small stabilizer weight up front. I added WNS 25# and a set of 30# limbs for when I get stronger. I also have two sets of WIN limbs in the 38# range.

I was shooting a PSE Universal that a friend gifted me. It was very hard to put the limbs on the bow and take them off. With the Vygo it's a smooth operation.
